Katie Beall- Executive Director
Katie is a nonprofit leader, early childhood educator, and passionate advocate for families affected by bleeding disorders. As the Executive Director of HemoWish, and a mother to children with hemophilia, Katie brings both professional expertise and deeply personal insight to the mission of providing rapid, compassionate financial relief to families in crisis.
With over a decade of experience in inclusive education and therapeutic care, Katie has served as a Registered Behavior Technician, preschool teacher, and founder of Heart2Hands Signing Academy, where she created accessible language learning programs for young children. Her work has always centered on equity, empathy, and empowerment, values that now guide HemoWish’s evolving support model.
Katie’s journey as a “hemophilia mom,” chronicled through her writing and advocacy, fuels her commitment to standing beside families during their most vulnerable moments. Under her leadership, HemoWish is reimagining what responsive care looks like, offering hope, dignity, and practical support, one microgrant at a time.
